What's the best/easiest way to convert an image to all shades of blue? Like instead of making an image grayscale, making it "blue-scale"?
(Does that make sense?)

Image->Adjust->Hue/saturation->OK->colorize-> and play with the sliders

Image > Mode > Grayscale
Image > Mode > Duotone
then you can select 2 or 3 colors to represent hilights, midtones and shadows.
