It's been a while since our last competition... I think this competition will be very fun. I wish I had more donations from the community (haven't had 1 donation for over 3 months) because I would gladly give away one of each item to the winners, but I don't have the money so you'll have to settle for the poster.

Here is the competition, CafePress has made several new products available to us at dream.in.code but we don't have any designs for these products. The main competition is to design a poster with the following dimensions:

Image Size: 23 x 35 inch centered
Minimum Resolution: 150 dpi

The poster should convey a dream.in.code feeling and show what dream.in.code has to offer. Use as many colors as you'd like, be as creative as possible. Competition ends September 7th 2002

As a side competition of sorts, we also need designs for all the other new products that CafePress offers. After you've created a design for the poster, please feel free to make designs for the following products:

(Images must be the correct size for each product! Read the details of each product to find out more)

Wall Clock
Flying Disc (Frisbee)
License Plate Frame
16x20 Poster
Frosted Mug
Mouse Pad
Tile Coaster

So the winner of the 23x35 Poster competition gets the poster, the other products will get their name in lights... or atleast a thank you on the product itself

Okay, I have a few questions. Do you want us you Post our links to our designs here? or e-mail them to you? And should I make a thumb nail (around 1024 X 768) or something? It is kinda hard to see in the full size.

ok, this is what we've done in the past, and we'll go ahead and do it here since it worked so well.

post a thumbnail, not bigger than say, 300x300 (90000 pixels total is a good rule of thumb to judge by) and link to it. you can also email an admin in charge of the contest with your entry, if you wish to be more 'secretive' that pretty much means me and chris. since the files are likely to be HUGE how bout anyone who wants to do that just sends the link to us, since were both on 56k heheh.

oh ya , super, 197x300 would actually keep the shape of the image intact instead of making it square.
