Dream.In.Code has a policy by which we prefer to see a good faith effort on your part before providing source code for homework assignments. Please post the code you have written in an effort to resolve the problem, and our members would be happy to provide some guidance. Be sure to include a description of any errors you are encountering as well.

To elaborate on the previous responses, but give more direction...

What you are asking for is a tutorial. Maybe you can google your query and find exactly what you want? DIC has some tutorials, but these forums are not the place to request source code and/or tutorials.

At any rate you really posed several large and different questions.
"I need help breaking tic-tac-toe into an algorithm."
"I need help learning to use Flex and ASP.net"
"I need help ..."

You are more likely to get answers to specific questions than convince me to fully explain a topic. Additionally, you must realize that if I can't answer your question in 5-10 minutes, I probably will not answer it at all. Breaking your big question into a series of smaller specific questions shows that you have done the legwork, but have some obstacles you can't overcome. Asking me to give you several hundred lines of code when all you supplied me was two misspelled sentences is silly.

While my reply is critical of you, please understand that most of us wouldn't read these forums unless we actually wanted to help you. We just need you to meet us halfway.
