DIC Background Image being Displayed in place of "Log Out"

This happens only in Opera.
I've tested it on IE7 and IE8 and it works fine.

I'm running Opera atm and it seems to be running fine, it must have something to do with the mod/admin member's panel.

The problem seems to have fixed itself.
The Panel is now being correctly displayed.
