What's your code editor of choice? I personally use jEdit; but I know Notepad++ has high popularity.

So, what program do you use, and what's your favorite part about it?

I enjoy the automatic backups of jEdit, but N++ seems to have some great features so I'll have to look into it. Note to mention this! Lol.

I like Xcode. It has some issues, like lack of tabbed browsing (which totally blows) and creating empty files to save later is impossible.

That thread you suggested seems to be limited to html/css/ another code i cant remember

for C++, Assembly, Java, and Perl I use Crimson Editor

I too use Crimson, when on Windows, for C, ASM, PHP, MySql, html/css

When I don't have an IDE like VS or SharpDevelop availiable, I generally use Notepad or occasionally Notepad++. Other than that I love my IDE's.
