i prefer the ps3 because i know that eventually it will dominate the rest...360 is just a heap of metal that you pay a bunch of money for and the wii...i don't even know what to say about that...whats your guys opinion?

I Miss those days, although I vividly remember rocking the Atari 2600 as well. RiverCity Ransom, SuperDodge Ball and Tecmo Bowl are just a few of the classics.
I still play those games and they are still funner than most of the games out there today. GTA Series is an exception.

But who can forget Adventure for the 2600!

All the consoles are great. As a gamer; I am just happy to play anything that plays games. It really doesn't matter if its a 360, a PS3, a WII, or a PC. I currently own a 360 (I think the OP's opinion on the 360 is pretty ignorant); and I am planning on getting a PS3 soon.

All have their advantages and disadvantages.

Hey sony isn't bad.... I mean the ps3 got off to a rocky start but experts agree it does have more high powered abilities than the 360 and only a fraction of its potential is being tapped right now. Not only that it does support the PS2 games which as we all know is HUGE.

Not to mention all the games coming out for the 360 is coming out for the PS3 (except for the 360 exclusives of course). Not saying 360 is lame, I just think the PS3 will eventually kick it into gear and become great. I love mine that is for sure.

I like my Wii, I've never been a console gamer. Usually just playing on my PC and I really like First Person Shooters on the Wii, much more then on any other console.

The Phantom was going to allow you to play PC games without the hassles that come with a PC. You'd be able to buy games online, they would download to the Phantom, and run from there. It was a cool idea, but yeah it turned into vapourware.

I don't think they mentioned anything about being able to play console games...

I haven't had a problem with any of my consoles yet. If you don't want the thing to die right off the bat, don't become an early adopter. It doesn't matter if it's Microsoft/Sony, they both do it.

I was an early adopter with the Gamecube though (hey, I was young), and never really had any problems with that.
