HOW DO I GET IT TO STOP PLAYING MY VIDEOS!!!!
in the install i said no to all my mpegs/mpgs and avi files and then i go to watch a movie and opens up winamp!! i want WMP back!!! (wow i cant belive i said that)

WHY, may i ask would you not wanna play videos in Winamp3??????
WA3 loads and plays videos sooo much faster and you can d/l video components to do all the video tinkering you can imagine? Just curious why you'd pick something Microsoft over one of the greatest, if not THE greatest media players around.

Actually Jon, Windows Media Player is still by choice (unfortunatly) for video.
It's GUI may be horrible, but it does play faster and without frameskips while WA3 takes twice the resources and therefore sometimes skips or flashes.
I still use winamp for music videos, but movies and other long video must be played in WMV so i don't die from seisures.

seems everyone has different experiences with winamp's video support. i have yet to have a single problem with it. at chris's house it plays 3 seconds of the audio before if fuzzes out. crazy...

ive had it crash video before , but over all its not any worse then Windows media player .
