It has been white out conditions most of the afternoon with a snow/ice mix going on right now, 60mph gusts, thunder and lightening, and now our town's tornado sirens are going off.
Should I -
A: Hide in the basement.
B: Run outside and sacrifice myself.
C: Pick up religion and repent.

Its snowing/raining here, windy as hell. It's all messed up right now 
I'm hoping to go into Minneapolis this weekend to meet Marko, maybe for lunch or something, just been working almost 18 hours days since Ive been here. Got a lot to accomplish before I leave next week, we just picked up a client today that is going to be pushing around 500,000 listings into our system over the next 3 days and I have to make sure the system, as it sits right now, can handle that kind of load.
Remember, I didn't create this from the ground up, Im converting it to .Net so I'm not sure how this classic ASP is going to hold up *crosses fingers*
I'm hoping to go into Minneapolis this weekend to meet Marko, maybe for lunch or something, just been working almost 18 hours days since Ive been here. Oh so you do want to meet up? Alright, the conditions should be better by Saturday night or Sunday. I'm actually in east central, about an hour north of Minneapolis so it's really up to you where you want to meet (St. Paul would be closer to WI or wherever) just let me know.
It's like hell on earth here right now, blizzard conditions, very windy (I'm closer to Duluth at the moment)
Here's a picture of 35 going into Duluth this morning, one of our major interstates. It's not the amount of snow accumulation thats the problem, it's the wind and density causing the whiteouts.
Our field technicians are getting their trucks stuck, outages and cables down everywhere. It's going to be one hell of an end to a very long week.

Wow, Marko, is that typical weather for this time of the year in your neck of the woods?
I thought I had it bad with 30-40 degree days mixed with rain here in Washington, but I see now that I got it easy.

thats pretty nutz. Its 73 here right now but supposed to snow on sunday!

They say we're about 3 weeks behind, it should be 60's and sunny right now. We have this kind of crap in Jan and Feb but mid April is ridiculous.
