ok, i wanna get the text inside the border with verdana font and size of 2...

now, the thing i really need to get done is making those frames. i tried a code, but it didn't work. do you think you could start me off? (i want the links in the drop-down menu to open on the rightside in another frame)

Yes, but they do serve some purposes depending upon how you want to display, organize, and retrive content. Sure a simple php include with your awesome css scrollbar is better, but iframes still serve some use... I guess... lol

Actually I've never used an iframe or my css scrollbar thingy on a site because I never really read content that is so smushed. I will use it on my redesign to keep code inside of <pre> tags from making the site expand beyond the layout but that's it.

rocks: you just need to name each frame, and then give your links a target that refer to the proper frame name.
