Python disassemble.

Hey all,
I've got a problem with Python.

I know that Python has a disassembling feature built-in.
Is there anyway to translate a .PYC or .PYO file to bytecode and disassemble it in Python?
I've searched google and this forum for a while, but no result.( Except the commercial services)

Can anyone provide me a good link or tutorial how to get this working?
