Hey guys.
I ve started to implement plate recognition in C.
First i ve written in Matlab.I achieved to get result of it.
I need to write in C now
I m able to read from text.
Also im aware of doing this action with raw format images
i need to know how to read a raw image using C functions.
I m waiting for somebody to guide me.After i got the image as string i m gonna convolute that and such process....

Well, there is a tutorial for C++ to open a bmp, http://www.dreaminco...wtopic26936.htm (by WolfCoder). Try it.

But I cant use windows.h because i m gonna use my code in embedded DSP.
I just need to write all functions by myself.
