I'm really looking forward to Android. While I'm stoked about the new BlackBerry, an non-blackberry android enabled phone might convince me to switch away from RIM.

HTC and Samsung seems to be the first companies to release phones running Android OS.
What is so good for us developers is Android Developer Challenge II which will held after releasing the first phone for some good not easy money.

We are on the verge of having a major explosion in phone software developing apis/frameworks. Hopefully android and others like it will help encourage developers and manufacturers alike start a mobile phone application revolution.

Then perhaps we will have to have a mobile phone application forum on the board. hehe
