hmmm
if u can see the picture already from the camera on ur pc
so it is easy to get it if u press the print screen button from the keyboard
then open the paint and press ctrl+v and u will see the image of the screen
save it or cut the part of the camera on the screen and save it
but if u mean a code so i don't know about that

I've seen many implementations that use avicap.dll and avicap32.dll to capture videos from the webcam as an AVI.
You might want to look that up.

@narmer93

Hi All, it is my first time on this site. Do we have access to any sample coding from previous conversation threads. Please let me have a sample code to record or capture from my own web cam.

I didn't make this.
It's a step by step method for view, capturing, and screen shots with Web cam. Lists cameras, and uses avicap32.dll

A new post might have been more appropriate, rather than waking up an ancient one.
I'm working through the api, in detail, at the moment, and discussing it here. http://www.dreaminco...pitus/index.php?
There's not much to see yet, writing it up takes longer than coding it...
