i have allready downloaded
JDK 6 Update 6
&
NetBeans 6.0
is there anything else i need to download.
remeber i want it to be online also

Here is a list just off observation:
Based off of your previous encounter in the VB.NET forum asking for help with creating a 'fake virus' that kills explorer.exe, you were given all the help you needed to get the job done yet you still asked for our members to do it for you.
In a perfect world, we wouldn't have apps that killed explorer.exe. It shits me that people make these things, and call it a joke. A joke that is not funny and is plain and simply annoying.
This is in the wrong section, the caffeine lounge is for off-topic discussion. Excuse my foul language, it was just something I needed to get off my chest.
- A Spell Checker (one built into Firefox).
- Tutorials (http://java.sun.com/docs/books/tutorial/).
- A brain.

no worries i understand
people get irritated when people ask them to do it for them.
and just to let you know,i couldn't do it because i have just started programming an i am also 15 soo...

Since there is a free open source client written in Java, it is quite easy to find out.
However from the discussion above, I'd say start with something simple, learn the language (Java and SQL), do some smaller projects, and after that start to work on something like Runescape, since it is the professional work of many developers and artists.
