Computer can be taught to learn, much as a human does.
Look at games now days. In some games an enemy responds to you based on how you've played up till that point. Some have algorithms that analyze the way you move, shoot, engage targets, avoid obstacles, collect items, spend money, and many other factors.... All so they can engage you in a more "realistic" manner.

Computer games dont think for themselves. They respond to your actions through if and for statements.
A computer dosnt LEARN your moves.
If the computer isnt programmed beyond a certain extent, it wont relay anything beyond that extend.
