Codes to connect VB 2008 to SQL Server 2005

I want to connect to SQL server 2005 from VB.NET 2008 but i don't know the codes to accomplish this. Can somebody help me? i've already created the database i'll need for my VB project. Below are the database credentials:

DB name: myDB
tablename: register
columns: fname, lname, nick, email, uname, pswd, age.

Please i need the codes to accomplish this. I should be able to post into the database from VB.NET
