What experience is needed? I am a coldfusion programmer.

Well I'm looking for someone to join our team, and to work with our head programmer. we are a web development company, and want to expand our bandwidth. Looking for someone with at least 2 years experience, and is willing to work in-house.

Know anyone that would be interested?
