Hi,

Hi have a gridview with columns employee id, employee name and employee picture. I was able to display the data employee id, employee name and employee picture into the gridview.

Now i have to select a row from that gridview by using checkbox and retreive that row from the gridview and display it into another gridview.

I able to select the employee id and employee name, but
I am not able to retrieve/read employee image from the gridview into another gridview.

need help...
