So, today I was riding my bike to the library when I got off the bike at an intersection, My pedestrian light was white so i got off my bike ans started to cross when I was half way between the other side still had red light and vehicles were only allowed a right turn, so in a moment as i almost finish crossing a car speeds right at me but doesnt hit me hits the bike first but that flinged me a few feet back I ended up with a black eye, roadrash on my elbows, and lots of scrapes + stiches on my lip I was riding i was walking the bike, another thing is our city has law which needs all motorist to be at least 3yards away from the bikers/motorcyclists. Also she broke a 2 rules because cops fined her 1 running the red light 2 speeding 35mph in 20mph zone.


Man some people are so fucked up god, By the way i am okay, a bit beat up and with a stiff neck.

Yeah its a pro bike, I use it 2 times a year in marathon and racing at the lake front.

People are selfish, insane, & most of the time mentally ill.

No one says please or thank you, you're welcome or excuse me. No one yields, no one holds doors open, no one takes their carts back, people constantly park in 2 or 4 spaces... selfish selfish selfish.

btw, these are American rants, & I'm not sure how things are for you. Most over, I'm just glad you are ok. Good thing they caught her & fined her. She probably complained about it too. Like having a fine is the end of the world to her, even though she plowed through you! A friend of mine got her car hit in a parking lot, & here in the US since it's public property, the police can't issue a citation.

They aren't just American rants, those all fit for a large proportion of the population in the UK. You should have to pass some sort of intelligence test before your allowed to drive, people seem not to understand that driving is inherently dangerous. Your driving several tons of metal and wires and glass at 60mph, you may have an airbag but the god damn 200pound bike doesn't. moron.
