MFC support in Visual C++ Express Edition

Posted 24 July 2008 - 05:23 AM

Okay, since Visual C++ Express Edition don't have MFC support, How would you compile an MFC project in Express Edition ?

Is there any way ? Are there free compilers that support MFC? Any solutions ?

Any kind of help will be appreciated

It might be possible to compile an MFC application with the Windows driver development kit. The DDK 6000 comes with an older MFC library. However, actually finding this kit for free may be difficult. It was once available as a download from Microsoft's website, but now I think it is restricted to MSDN professional members. Setting it up to do this might not be a walk in the park either.
