VB.Net Voice Recognition

I want to write an application that takes specific commands from the user such as "What date is my anniversay" selects from a database and responds "Your anniversay is July 4th".

My problem is what file do I need to use to facilitate this.

check the vb.net tutorial section. theres a really nice one about using the microsoft speech sdk to get you started
