am making a helpdesk system for some company.i have a page where users can post their problems(eg network, printer,computer) so that the computer support unit works on the problems and sends a reply.
When the user post their problems the administrator receives the and distributes to the personnel.

my problem

i already have the table called problems it has the probid,problem description, the date it was sent, the status of the problem. i want to write code for view problems such that when the admin opens the page the the problem description,received date,status with check boxes for each will be displayed like normal mail displays.
how can i do this?
or where can i read to know how to do this?
