i just entered into s/w industry as .net developer.. tel me wat al tings i have to do for a better programmer tomorow.. good sites and books for my growth.. thnx

You might have got better and more responses if you posted this in .net forum instead of Corner Cubicle.
From my side, I believe in msdn for all .net help.

MSDN eats small children.

I actually enjoy reading MSDN just to look for the typos where they misspell "Microsoft" as "Microosft". Hilarious. :)
