Hope this is appropriate for this forum.

Is there a web development tool that is similar to Dreamweaver but free:?:

I'm about to start a project and have only coded web pages by hand from scratch so I'm not familiar with these applications.

So...

is there one :?:

Aptana Studio is similar - haven't used it much yet but seems really good for Javascript as well which dreamweaver isn't.
