Nice!
It's got a very smooth appearance to it, very neat.

I would appreciate any feedback on product itself. The idea is quite unusual and I am not sure how useful the product is.

Well to be honest, it doesn't seem to be much more useful than making everything look pretty.
But it certainly does a damn good job at making it look good!
I think it looks great. Appearance is the key in this program, and it certainly achieves a high standard.

I offer this product to anyone who develops .NET application and wants to provide distinctive and attractive UI for the application. The component is based on very nonstandard Desktop Environment paradigm but it is exactly the point - distinctive look. On top of that powerful UI effects are able to provide attractiveness for .NET applications.

What language is it written in? Aren't you worried it will take up too much RAM? If it takes up too much RAM, less people will use it.

The project was written on C# using purely .NET libraries. I am using only one function directly from Windows API DLL - "WindowFromPoint" because there is no counterpart for this function in .NET world.
I estimated amount of consuming RAM relative to amount of memory available today in average computer - 1Gb. My estimations showed that total size of buffers used for drawing purposes is around 3-4% of 1Gb RAM which is not much I think.

It looks nice, but I'm not really sure what you are going for. As far as I can tell its basically a desktop skin? There are very few programs that aren't an OS that I know of that benefit from having a desktop style user interface. I can't really think of anything that would actually find this useful, which I'd have to say is a higher priority than having a 'distinctive look' .

@toplinesoft: it looks really good for being written in c#.

It's nice, but the only problem is that it doesn't have a target! If it did, it would be used and loved by all! But sadly that is not the case.
