i looking for a flash flip book that can handle with pictures,flv or swf and text
and categories
all that loaded from a xml
any one know that can do all this?

There are a a few paid applications that can do this, but they normally cost like $60+, so they aren't the best option if you are tight on cash. I don't remember where they are atm, but if I run across one again I'll post a link.
