More than likely you're not going to get help with creating this, as Torrents aren't exactly used for legal things

Well, to be fair, they are used for some legal things. I would have to admit that their use is not primarily for those, though :D

Say if you wanted to distribute some linux distros, or your favourite painting you just painted then yeah...maybe read the papers from the original bit torrent creator to get an idea of the protocol and go from there.

Plus, I'm not really sure what you are asking

I need to know how to break file in to torrents and create hash of that.This will be needed as file in p2p needs to be shared.This is what bittorrent does.

Files aren't split into torrents, torrents only provide the links to the trackers which update seeders.

Downloaders just download parts of the file from hosts.
