I had posted a tutorial and a code snippet in this forum(on VB). But it is not yet publically viewable. Why the mods are not approving it.?????

Because it's too hard and time consuming.

@akhileshbc, please have patience. We receive a substantial amount of submissions from our members that we have to review. We try to get to all submissions as quickly as possible. However, each our team members has full time jobs, families, school and other responsibilities in life that interfere with our ability to spend every waking moment here at DIC.
We don't ever really seem to catch up, due to the sheer number of submissions. And we need to verify the submission for accuracy, compliance with programming standards, whether the content submitted was plagiarized, in addition to many more other criteria that we use to evaluate submissions before approving them.
We make every attempt to make sure that DIC provides nothing but quality content for our very valuable members to peruse.
You only submitted your submission 1 day ago. So have a little patience and give us a little time to verify the validity of your submission. Thank you.
@MitkOK, that is rude and uncalled for. The team here at DIC spend many hours every day, despite the many other responsibilities we have in life, moderating the forums, reviewing submissions, and in general making sure the forum provides a quality experience for anybody that visits DIC.

When you submit a tutorial or a snippet it says right on the page (look below highlighted in yellow). Also, when a snippet or tutorial is denied you receive a PM with the reason it was denied, and in most cases tips for improvement to get it accepted. Hope that helps

I know you don't play with Python, but I'm using your words to say that I'm still waiting the PM ... two months and counting.

Well MitOK I guess I need to look into this for you then. If their not in the public list, so they've been denied, and obviously no reason was ever given. Though, when a snippet is disapproved a rejection PM is automatically sent to the user. That much I do know. Give me some time kind sir

You have all the time. The thing is that there's problem with the snippet system, I know it, Chris knows it. Just want simpler and working system for all of us

MitkOK here are the snippets that are approved for you
And the tutorials you have been credited with
What's listed there adds up to then250 Kudos you've amassed so far. Are you saying that some snippets of tutorials are missing? If so, which ones are missing?
Thanks,

It isn't lost, it's just been disapproved.

For me, it's lost. Someone looked at it, disapproved it and threw it in the middle of nowhere.

So the only copy of your code is what you submitted?
