As a whole, teenagers suck. It is unfortunate that one of the potential bright minds of the future was cut short thanks to that fact.

ummm... *slow moment* What's this got to do with me exactly?

Unfortunately, that story doesn't actually surprise me in the slightest. I hear stuff like this all the time~ It's mostly to do with (hate this word, it just sounds childish, most likely because it's a childish thing to do) bullying.

Not just verbal stuff, but people actually hitting people, just because they're dressed slightly differently. It's happened to me before, I just sat there and laughed at them while 3 of them punched me in the head. Fun times~

Anyway, what I'm saying is he doesn't particularly look like a chav. So he would have gotten a lot of shit, every single day.

It's really depressing to read about this shit. Recently, some people lured a couple of goths to their party, they tortured and killed them, and ripped out their hearts. (True story)

Another story was a (goth) couple, 18 and 19, got attacked in a bus stop. A group of about 15 chavs started laying into them, and they killed the boy. He died just so his girlfriend could get away.

i'm sick and tired of everyone thinking he was trying to kill himself... look at that haircut... he was clearly trying to test out the human ability to be a helicopter.

People gotta learn respect towards individuals who are different. People also gotta learn to not paint targets on themselves. Two extremely important lessons.

Because he was from the UK. He had a messy hair due. So, odds are, it might have been you!

First part I agree with, second part not so much. I mean where do you draw the line, I've seen people targeted for the dumbest little things. If you go down that route you end up with total conformance, it'd be like Equilibrium.

You have every right to express your individuality. Hell look at the majority of people here, geeks(and i mean that with total respect to those smarter than I) are notoriously non-conformist. I think its wrong that everyone here should start dressing and acting like some jocked up meat-head just to avoid being different from the "herd". Plus the majority of Chavs look like utter scum. I'd say that the onus to change lies with those intolerant chumps and not the other way round

That is a very sad story.

However, I am glad it wasn't you Gabe. It wouldn't be the same around here without you.

I can't honestly say I'm suprised at something like this. If hospital employees can leave a dying woman lying on the ground for almost an hour without helping her, there's no reason why a bunch of teens won't jeer on a potential suicide victim from following through.

I'm sure the people jeering were familiar with the "An hero" internet meme, and decided it would be "pritty funneh" to get someone to become an hero in real life.

Everyone that wants to kill themselves needs to go ahead and get on with it. Spending all sorts of money for programs for rehabilitation is stupid. Let the people who want to live, live; hurry up and go kill yourself. Seriously. I have no sympathy for you.
