Create help file video

How do you create those tutorial videos where you can give step by step instructions of your application and show the mouse cursor moving around, and clicking and all that jazz? I'm pretty sure there are applications out there to help create these files, so if anyone knows the name of any of them that are better than any others i would really appreciate. they don't have to be free either, as long as they get the job done well. thanks

RoboDemo or Camtasia. I like RoboDemo better but Camtasia is more cost effective and it gets the job done with a bit more work.

As the above poster when I create video tutorials I use Camtasia, it offers everything I need
