Why are these things always blamed on Eastern Europe? Is it like a proven fact or just a stereotypical scapegoat "crap we still don't know where it's coming from, oh well lets just blame the Russians"

thats a load of bull lol
if theyve known about it since 2006 surely like the mega programmers and virus makers and hackers could have come up with a solution to it instead of just saying , watch were you link.
this site gets a lot of visitors but im not exactly scared of getting the sinowal virus from it
