if somewhane no a tutorial or have make a tutorial

I don't think XNA is really anything anywhere near ideal for something as complicated as a game server (design and performance wise). Writing a server in JAVA is already pushing it, but it gets the job done (JAVA can talk to any program, so even though one can write a server in JAVA, the client can be written in any language and framework as long as it uses the same data protocol you designed for the server).

Remember, just because you wrote the server in JAVA does not mean you have to write your client in JAVA too. You can just use XNA for your clients since it sounds like that's what you're using.

I could be wrong, but my understanding is that XNA doesn't deal with servers and such.
