Hi brothers and sisters!

I am learning to use C++, and I can create small programmes. I am using Visual studio Express edition.
Now I want to give my programmes to my friends, so that they can test them. But in order to do that
I know that I need to create an installer for my programmes. How can I do it using this version of Visual Studio?
