I dont like the doom 3 mod just for the fact that if something bumps into it, thats a lot of work that has just been fucked up. compared to plexiglass that can be replaced in 10 minutes.

I would be very careful using that style of pump. I've used them on my fish tanks and I can tell you that they only last about a year. then they wear out and break down.
The PC looks great, do you put the pump inside the PC? when the cover is on? or do you leave it opened?

Mods:
added 8 total 5.25 inch drive bays on a custom mount.
Installed a hing to allow the bays to swing out.
gutted 8 CDROM drives.
mounted the CDROM "box's" for use as shelf's.
I built this case for use as a scanning computer. I can put up to 8 sata devices and scan them all at once. The empty CDROM cases will work great as shelf's for holding the 8 sata devices.
cost:
3- dremal cutoff wheels.
4 - Donor cases - free.
2 sata PCI cards $50.00
mother board CPU, and RAM - free.
8 broken CDROM drives - free.

as long as you used purified water it won't conduct electricity. water itself is not a conductor but the impurities in water are.

If you are using DIwater, better make sure that everything is Stainless Steal. purified water and di water will leach other metals and break them down. (from what I've been told) I would just use pure antifreeze (no water in the mix)
