I was joking. Ya'll need to buy some thicker skin.

If the f word was banned about 1/3 of sloth and capty posts would never see the light of day and that would make me sad.

LOL, people may use whatever language they like. Use explicatives enough and it appears that you don't know what the hell you're talking about, so it doesn't really pay to get carried away.

Or that you've from fucking New Jersey. ;)

i have never been on a "programming forum" that allowed profanity. maybe that is why the volume of posts here is so low compared to the others i frequent.

One man's profanity is another man's adverb. :P

You know this isn't my site, nor am I a mod, admin, or anyone with any considerable influence here and I don't claim to speak for Chris or any other team member, but you are retarded. I've been here for over a year. There are lots and lots of posts. Up until today I have never seen anyone get offended or bitch about someone swearing in a text environment.

That sort of language rarely makes it way into the actual programming sub forums. Caffeine lounge? Yes. Corner cubicle? Sometimes. Actual programming question areas? Once in a blue moon.

Your concern is the guy's sig. Send him a PM if you are so disgusted with the word fuck. Or send a PM to a mod. The Corner cubicle isn't even the right location for this thread.
