d00d you must be living under a rock (not really, i just found out not too long ago)

its this chinese tv show where this uberchef (theiron chef hence the name) goes up against other aisian chefs from japan and korea and shit and they have an hour to create the best dishes they can, the catch is each dish has to incorporate the ingrediant of the day. the best was when he made all this yummy looking stuff w/ cheese, not something you'd even think of being in chinese food. he's one crazy ass mutha

i only watch the food network if its his show or the Naked Chef. i got sucked into that one by false advertising (no one's naked on the show) but kept watching cos the guys is british and kinda hot.

Have you seen the American version with William Shatner as the host.... LMAO! I prefer the orginal Japanese version. It's more humorous when they try and do the voice overs.

"Squee-San..?"

I too am addicted to the Iron Chef. It's truly amazing to watch these fellows turn the nastier portions of pork innards and eel scroat into fine dining masterworks.  And the host... the Little Richard look-alike? he cracks me up everytime he's in frame.
