Hello everybody. Im a beginer in c++, I'm styding about how to creat and sing a .dll files in turbo c++. I don't know where to start, so some one had somes knowledge about this, help me please!!

Its possible to create a DLL using Turbo C++ and use it in programming (like JNI)
