Albert Einstein

Posted 01 December 2008 - 01:43 PM

I am listening to an audio book on the life of Albert Einstein. What do you think of this great man? Do you think he'd programm, if he'd have a chance? What language? Let's just imagine... :-))

Love reading about Einstein! It's amazing how much of a genius he was in everything. Check out some of his quotes.

If he programmed I think he would use FORTRAN due to the scientific and numeric computation (he loved being efficient).

Cool thread!

Einstein was truly brilliant. Knowing him he would have written a new, more efficient language and laughed at the rest.

Einstein is number 2 in my book, Leonardo Da Vinci is my number 1. If you are up for an interesting read, check out the story of what happened to Einstein's brain after he died. A man stole it and has been studying its composition for decades trying to unlock secrets of why his brain was much different than everyone elses.

Now to the farthest end of the spectrum:

If George W. Bush Was a Programmer What Language Would he Choose?

He probably would code in ADVANCED BASIC because if everyone is programming regular BASIC he is going to be more leet and do ADVANCED.... that is until someone tells him there is no language called ADVANCED BASIC and then he will just blame it on VB and its ties to Al Queda.

;)
