I wonder, if anyone here knows, how much it would cost to rent an office in the US, New England, Biddeford, ME. Monthly payments and such? My brother and I are thinking of doing it for our IT start-up. Please share the info. Thanks in advance!

You can hop on real estate sites just like you would search for a house and search for offices for lease.

Commercial Real Estate is what you're looking for.

Yes, I know, thank you, skyhawk133! But I asked the question here, because there are IT people here - I wasn't sure if the price deoends on what you are going to be doing in the office.

I suggested the search because the price is going to be FAR more dependent on location. An office that costs $800/mo here in Albuquerque may be $2000/mo in the New England area.

We're much better with code than we are real estate, so let us know what you find as I'm curious. I know in the Albuquerque area you can get an "executive office" which is essentially just a small single room office space for $400/mo.

If you buy a 14000 ft office, you pay $400,000. Nothing about renting it.

I pay $150 /month for a cramped office in North Eastern Ohio. There are a lot of vacancies, so it's probably cheaper than anywhere else.
