Why didnt you just have them open windows explorer, click on windows/system32/oobe and dbl click title.wma?

On a totally unrelated note, I deciphered your Avatar which is actually a 2D Barcode (I'm guessing you knew that) and I got this:
11234567897894565465465465465465453513

What's that? </confused>

Without having heard the song, I'm going to take a guess that this is the music that plays during the setup of XP.

Also, rather than making a batch file, you could just click start/run/ & type in %windir%\system32\oobe\images\title.wma

I've never heard it during installation.

If your sound card is setup properly, a song plays during installation (the part where you setup user accounts and activate Windows).
