Visibility mode (private)

Post icon  Posted 08 December 2008 - 02:04 AM

In C++, while doing inheritance we are using the Visibility mode, it can be either private or public. If it is private we cannot acess any of the members of base class, So there is no inheritance. So what is the advantage of Private visibility mode????????????????????

I'm pretty sure that private inheritance only means the derived class doesn't inherit private members of the base class.
