i just got a call for someone looking for a phone escort service.
we get SO many wrong number calls... several every day, and some of them are really funny.
so here is the official "tell holly about your weirdest wrong number stories because she's bored today" thread.

I used to get prank calls all the time when My sister lived with me... no longer, I hardly ever answer the phone because I fear creditors calling.

one night i was at a firends place and we had nothign to do so we used a bunch of soundboards, mainly the one of Ms.Cleo and made like 20 prank calls
the best one was somebody who actuially talked to us

I get about 1/2 a dozen fax machines (various locations, mainly Colorado) calling a day. Does that count?
PS: I've faxed them back & they still call. Think I should sue 'em for Fax-Harassment?

We get the wrong number calls for someone looking for the England Residence all the time , they lived here before us, to this day we still get calls and we have lived here for 3 years now.

the phone number i have now on my cell, was previously owned by a person with my first name, so they would call and be all "Can i talk to Bryan" and im all this is him, then i realize its the wrong number, but i continue the conversation. I talked to this one guy for like 6 minutes once

this one time this old man called me when i was at work, so my machine picked up and he left a message about how he was worried about me (even though he kept referring to me as Henry, and my answering machine clearly states that my name is NOT Henry) because i hadn't called him in a long time. something about how Henry moved and didn't tell anyone. baha. Henry tried to didtch his Gramps, but Gramps trackes him down!!!! no, wait... Gramps got the WRONG FREEKIN NUMBER!! ghjkfwgljkheasdfg#^7
then for a while i got calls from, i assume, telemarketers. because only telemarketers are stupid enough to call, let the machine pick up, and then stay on the line for 5 $#%&^%!!! MINUTES talking to friends in the background.

At my new house, I get an answering service for a guy name Bill. It is basically a dating service, and all I have to do to hear his messages is press 2 Many a fun times have been had with that.... Next time, I will try to record a couple of them for you
