rumor has it it was php.
I also think there is some traces of FORTRAN in here as well.

PHP, heavily built around IPB with a lot of custom stuff. [Also written in PHP]

The Forum code is written by Invision Board in PHP.
Many portions however (such as Dream Kudos, Helpful Posts etc.) are custom coded.

If you see ".php" in the URL, there's a very good chance that PHP had something to do with it.
