Do Apple's shiny white computers, ridiculously high costs, and obnoxious square phones annoy you, as they do me? This video from The Onion pretty much embodies everything I dislike about Apple.

I like apples, and I like computers, so I assume I'd like apple computers. 
Although I've worked on Macs in the past, it's been a while since I really took one for a drive. Not sure what they're like anymore. I've been thinking about trying one out again, but have not to date. I don't have any real need for one.

Ya, that is pretty much how I feel. I am not buying a computer to act as a fashion accessory. It has to be affordable and actually get the job done in a timely fashion.

I too hate apple computers, the only attractive thing about them is their style, but they are too expensive, people who are apple users who i know are all rich idiots, they buy the PC just for show off... after all, computers were not invented for becoming a fashion accessory...

The bulkiness of a laptop, the bad interface of an iPod/iPhone. I love it! 
I didn't know there were other Apple haters here! Has anyone successfully created an application for a Mac? I tried but it failed cuz apple is just way too restrictive on what goes on their computers (which is why they appear more stable).

I'm not a fan of Apple for 2 reasons:
As such I endorse this video and everything it contains as a work of the utmost beauty and quality.
- Price, why in the hell should I pay twice as much for a computer just to have a half eaten lump of fruit stuck on the side?
- Users, (I will admit the following is largely based on a very small number of Apple users who I have regular contact with) I've dealt with Linux nuts, Windows fanboys and console evangelists and by far the worst, most annoying bunch of total pains in the arse are the Apple users. Your machine is not the answer to every question ever raised in the history of humanity, Steve Jobs is not the second coming and quicktime is not the industry standard (yes someone did actually say that to me). If I want to do graphic design I am not gonna go out and buy a whole new load of hardware to do it, Adobe cater to the rest of us as well and I can download GIMP for free anyway. Oh and the iPod is not the only MP3 player ever created by man.
As such I endorse this video and everything it contains as a work of the utmost beauty and quality.

Apple has open APIs and a UNIX background, it is not hard at all to create an application for a Mac, they are not restrictive as to what goes on their computers.

UNIX background starts at OS X. You know, when they said they would go open source, poached FreeBSD, then said just kidding. A relatively accurate timeline of that mess here.
At this point, iPhone is infamous. It is the standard by which all proprietary bricks are measured.
