cant post in DIC News

How come I get an error that I cannot post in Dream in code News forum? It asks me to register but I am logged in already. Do you have to be a mod to post their?

As far as I know, anyone can post there... Not sure what's going on.

Nope, only administrators and moderators can post new threads in DIC news.
