There are many types of databases, MSSQL, MySql, PostgreSql, & SQLite

If you are going to ask for help, please be specific in what you are trying to accomplish. No one can magically teach you an entire technology over the web :)

If you want the codes in VB.Net, please do not post in the C# forum..

Maybe the next moderator who see this, will moved it to there..

Also take a look at our tutorials, there you will find a lot of information how to create, edit and delete
in databases.

Web applications in .Net use ASP.Net. We have a forum for that technology. There are also tons of tutorials on this site and Google to help you get started.
