Hi All!

Just a quickie to introduce myself.
Im a hardware professional semi-retired these days.
Havent programmed since basic on the Sinclair ZX81! so VB 2008 xpress
was a shock to me how easy it seems to handle! OOP FTW!

Started tinkering with VB a few weeks ago and finding it fun (need to keep the
grey matter busy)

A quick thanks to all these soft-geeks that post and help out, very interesting topics.
Im a hard-geek, so if i can help anyone with hardware related stuff PM me!
(its kinda not very relavant on a software site, but I want to give, not just take).

Hello emortal! Welcome to DIC! I started programming with VB as well, and have now moved into more java. I'm sure you will find lots of help in the VB forum on the left, and further down there is a computer support and operating systems forum if you want to help anyone out in the hardware aspect of things... see you around!
