naw, i just happened to have my 90 day review on the same day as the store meeting. i got the highest possible rating on my 90 day review and the raise for that.

at the store meeting i got employee of the month and the 'going above and beyond' award along with my friend paul.

Fuck, 90 day review? Lucky bastard. I got my first review about a month ago, after being here for 10 months and all I got was a fucking 26 cent raise. Bastards..

shit, at my old job i was there for a full year, never got one raise. no review either. people that were hired AFTER me got 2 revies and 2 raises in that time. i shit you not. i was working for 6 an hour while people who had been with the place less time were getting 7. thats why i left to a place that gives a shit about me.
