Err. But isn't that will only build specific muscle? If you do sit-up everyday, only your abdomen muscle will lose fat. Still need to do other exercise to lose fat at other place.

Though i didn't say in my other post, i do sit-ups as well, but only about every other day because i'm too lazy. I usually do about 100 sit-ups every other day.
