You can't create an exe with java code... but if you export a runnable jar then you can use exe4J which is basically a wizard for creating an exe with java files.

What? Of coarse you can make an exe from Java code! All you need is a native compiler, but some compile without the Java bytecode compiler completly and others wrap it in some type of C code (they use JARs).
